LogicFabric Grid Advisory works from 3 Jalan Sutra Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru. We are engaged by insurers, third-party administrators, and corporate policyholders who need an independent reading of claim applications — the forms, the computations, and the payments — not a rewrite of their claims manual.
What we will and will not do
We will sample a batch, recast figures, and say which applications support the amount paid. We will walk a processing path and report whether the gates on the file actually operated. We will look at a high-value draft settlement before the offer letter goes out.
We will not run the claims function, replace a loss adjuster, or give a legal opinion on coverage. Where policy response is unclear, we record it as a question for the client’s counsel or panel, and we keep the financial finding separate.
The practice is sized so that the person who signs the exception schedule has read the files. That is a deliberate limit, not a holding pattern.
